Acupressure When you apply firm pressure to certain points on the body, it causes muscles to relax and increases your blood flow. This works to bring the body into a more balanced, better state and to reduce motion sickness. The easiest way to apply pressure is by having them wear a band. Nadim's menu has a wide variety of both vegetarian dishes and choices with meat so you can enjoy a meal with friends and family who eat meat. They are open for lunch and dinner every day except Sunday when they are closed. Panjabi Tadka You'll also find Panjabi Tadka on Main Street in Springfield. This restaurant serves both vegetarian and meat Indian-style dishes. The have a delicious coconut soup with big slivers of coconut, and veggie samosas that they make with potatoes, peas, and a subtle blend of spices. They also serve vegetable tikki and a vegetable pakora with assorted fresh vegetables that they deep fry in chickpea batter. Bueno Y Sano This Mexican restaurant on Sumner Ave. has a vegan-friendly menu with meat substitutes such as BBQ Seitan. The Salvadoran burrito comes with grilled veggies, black beans, and rice. Balise Toyota's Yuletree Jubilee of 2016 was a huge success raising $6500 for the West Springfield Arts Community!  For the past couple of weeks, the Balise Toyota showroom beautifully displayed 30 plus trees uniquely themed and decorated including snowmen, Under-the-Sea, and the infamously popular elf tree and much more. These trees lit up our showroom and brought holiday cheer to customers and employees within our dealership and were finally raffled off on December 11th. The lucky winners were able to take home the festively decorated holiday tree and gifts included in the display. We wanted to graciously thank all 600 attendees for helping us exceed our goal, doubling the success of last year's event. Balise Toyota takes community involvement to heart and is honored to be a part a community effort benefiting local artists. We are thrilled to know that our donations helped the ladies of the Red Thread Network get closer to achieving their dream of opening an Arts & Cultural center in the city.
