2024 Toyota bZ4X

24 bz4x

Overview

Toyota’s introduction of the bZ4X marked a transformation for the world’s largest automaker. Not only was this the company’s first from-the-ground-up fully electric vehicle, but it also marked the debut of the breakthrough e-TGNA platform, hinting at what the future holds for Toyota. The bZ4X name is a combination of several internal terms. “bZ” signifies the company’s “beyond zero” efforts to produce vehicles without emissions, while “4” indicates a vehicle the size of a RAV4. The “X” stands for a compact crossover. While the model’s sculpted exterior, spacious cabin, and efficient electric powertrain continue unchanged, Toyota has added more standard equipment, giving the base trim a power-adjustable driver’s seat and power tailgate.
